Bob Hettel is a native of Philadelphia and a lover of New York style pizza. One of the first hurdles
Bob met when he moved to Indianapolis was getting a lead on a stand-out pizza place (none of the chains would do). In Philadelphia, Bob had come to know where all the local gems were hidden. In Indianapolis, his search had just begun. He found some with excellent products but poor customer service. He found others with excellent customer service but poorly adapted products. It wasn't long before Bob realized the opportunity to combine his expertise in customer informatics with his desire
to positively impact the community. SearchLight Solutions was officially launched in the fall of 2007.
Prior to starting SearchLight Solutions company president Bob Hettel had over ten years of experience in all aspects of market research, both large and small business environments. As Vice President of data reduction, Bob oversaw the development of strategies for effectively delivering
market research data to client businesses. He also worked directly with those companies to ensure their understanding of the collected data. Bob has also led projects specifically on customer loyalty where he helped clients develop strategies to act purposefully based upon the information uncovered by the market research.
